Internship in the Digitalization Team
Internship in the Digitalization Team – Key Areas: Software Development (Python), AI Integration, with an Overlap into Project Management and Corporate Processes.
- AI Developer – Chatbots & NLP | AI & Digitalization | Development of AI chatbots, NLP, RAG models, and integration into corporate applications.
- Data Analyst – AI & BI | Business Intelligence | Creating reports in Power BI, working with corporate data, and AI analytics.
- Automation Specialist (AI & Data) | Process Optimization | Automating corporate processes, analysis, and implementation of AI predictions.
Interns will be involved in the Digitalization & AI team and work on real corporate projects that are implemented into enterprise systems.
AKKODIS does not provide accommodation or a predefined financial remuneration. However, we actively involve students in real-world projects. If an intern contributes to business projects, a DPČ (Agreement on Work Performance) can be arranged with financial compensation. We frequently collaborate with students beyond the internship, offering opportunities for long-term cooperation and professional growth.

What are the requirements for applicants?
- Mathematical literacy (high school level, basic university knowledge is an advantage).
- Basic programming skills in Python (deep understanding of ML is not required, but willingness to learn is essential).
- Ability to work with data and visualize it (Power BI or Excel as a foundation).
- Interest in AI, automation, and business processes (detailed knowledge is not necessary, but enthusiasm is key).
- Language skills: Czech or German for basic communication, English for technical documentation and international collaboration.
- Applicants don’t need to be experts, but they should be eager to learn and apply AI in a corporate setting.
