IHK Regensburg connects German companies on the German side as well as coordinates and supports companies on the Czech side. Among the services provided by the chamber of industry and commerce are services not only for existing businesses but also for start-ups in launching their business. The chamber has had an office in Pilsen since 2008, where it has become a contact point for institutions, companies and politicians.

IHK Regensburg has been facilitating communication with businesses and supporting the establishment of a vocational study program since its initial idea in 2020.
